Fruit and Veggie Popsicles

These fruit and veggie popsicles are one of those recipes that feels like a win across the board. They’re easy, nutritious, and actually something kids will get excited about.
And once you start using prunes as a natural sweetener, you’ll realize how easy it is to swap out added sugar in so many recipes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/3 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup blackberries
  • 1/3 cup strawberries hulled
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 6 California prunes
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk plus more as needed

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk until it blends easily.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully solid.
  • Remove from molds and enjoy.

Notes

  • These are naturally sweetened with CA prunes—no added sugar needed
  • Adjust milk as needed for blending consistency
  • Store in the freezer for up to 2–3 months
