Ingredients
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs preferably panko
- 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cup Marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil optional, for garnish”
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano.
