No Knead Bread

July 14, 2022

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

This will be one of the easiest bread recipes that you will no doubt want to memorize. Mainly because, once you know the foundation you will be able to add so many additional flavors and herbs to create any type of bread your heart desires!

Bread Tips

Don’t use water that is over 110° or you might kill the yeast and the bread wont rise. Also, try to use instant yeast to keep the process fast and simple.

If you don’t have a dutch oven, use a cake pan. Some people say that putting a pot of water on the bottom rack makes the crust crispier but it is just a theory in my eyes!

No Knead Bread

A quick and easy bread recipe that doesn't require the long knead process.

I followed the viral recipe, but quick note: I found that 1 cup of flour wasn’t enough—it was too wet for me so I needed to add more.

Or maybe it’s called Apricot Sweet & Spicy Chicken Or maybe it’s called Apricot Sweet & Spicy Chicken 🍗🔥, choose one.

This chicken is sticky, savory, and has the perfect balance of sweet heat.

I used thighs and drumsticks, seasoned them generously, and roasted them until golden and crispy. But the real magic? That apricot glaze.

It’s buttery, bold, and made with jam, mustard, hot sauce, and ginger paste. I poured it right over the crispy chicken and let it soak in. SO good.

This one’s going on repeat.

Full recipe:
Seasoning Mix:
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp onion powder
– 1 tbsp smoked paprika
– 1 tbsp ground mustard
– 1 tbsp black pepper
– 1 tbsp ginger paste
– 1 tsp crushed red pepper
– Salt to taste

Bake: Chicken thighs + drumsticks at 400°F until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Apricot Glaze:
– 2 tbsp butter
– 1 small jar apricot jam
– 1 tbsp yellow mustard
– 1 tbsp hot sauce
– 1 tbsp ginger paste

Melt butter, mix in sauce ingredients, simmer, then pour over the cooked chicken. That’s it!

Would you try this? Save it for dinner this week.
