Ingredients
For the Chicken

boneless skinless chicken thighs
or breasts, cubed

white pepper

tsp
ginger
fresh or powder
1
tsp
garlic powder

cups
cooked rice
1
tbsp
sesame oil
1
cup
broccoli florets
1
carrot
sliced
1
bell pepper
sliced
Sesame seeds and green onions
for garnish
For the Teriyaki Sauce
1/2
cup
soy sauce
1/4
cup
water
1/4
cup
brown sugar
1
tbsp
rice vinegar
1
tsp
minced garlic
1
tsp
minced ginger
1
tbsp
cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions
Season chicken with pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder
Simmer sauce ingredients and thicken with cornstarch.
Cook chicken in a skillet until browned.
Add vegetables and cook until tender-crisp.
Toss with teriyaki sauce and serve over rice.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
