yeast

tsp
brown sugar
½
cup
warm water
1
cup
bread flour
120g
¼
tsp
salt
1
tbsp
honey
for boiling water
Egg wash
1 egg + 1 tbsp water
Everything seasoning
or toppings of choice
Instructions
Mix yeast and brown sugar into warm water. Let sit a few minutes.
Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and mix.
Knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Shape into a bagel and poke a hole in the center.
Boil in honey water for 30–60 seconds per side.
Brush with egg wash and add toppings.
Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or air fry, flipping halfway.
Cool slightly and enjoy.
Notes
You can use All Purpose flour if that's all you have but bread flour makes it very chewy!
