Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • ½ dragon fruit cut into chunks
  • cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp honey

Optional Toppings

  • Granola
  • Chia seeds
  • Shredded coconut
  • Sliced banana
  • Fresh berries
  • Hemp seeds
  • Almond butter drizzle
  • Toasted nuts
  • Cacao nibs

Instructions
 

  • Cut dragon fruit into chunks.
  • Add dragon fruit, frozen pineapple, banana, almond milk, and honey to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and thick.
  • Pour into a bowl and top as desired.
