Mix all ingredients together and add to 1 pound of your meat of choice , I am using ground pork but you can also use turkey, chicken, or vegan meat options.
Let meat marinate in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
Use a medium sized ice cream scooper to make even scoops of the meat.
layer the balls on parchment paper and flatten with a spatula. cook on the stove until browned on both sided and cooked all the way through the middle
You also have the option to freeze uncooked sausages in between two layers of parchment paper for later use. it is good up to 4 months in the freezer
