Sweet heat in one bag! This harissa honey chicken Sweet heat in one bag! This harissa honey chicken is smoky, bold, and easy to freeze ahead. Perfect for sheet pan dinners or bowls.

Ingredients:
	•	2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
	•	2 tbsp Harissa 
	•	2 tbsp olive oil
	•	Juice of 1 lemon
	•	1 tsp salt
	•	1 tsp garlic & onion powder 
	•	1 tsp smoked paprika
	•	1 tsp ground coriander
	•	1 tsp cumin
	•	1/4 cup honey

Freezer instructions:
Add all ingredients to a freezer-safe bag. Remove air, seal, and freeze for up to 3 months.

Before I even touch the marinades, prep is KEY.

This week I’m just working with chicken, so here’s how I get organized:
✔️ I pre-chop everything so I’m not stopping mid-recipe to grab a knife
✔️ I label all my freezer bags before they’re full and messy
✔️ I lay out all my ingredients so I can mix each marinade back-to-back without hunting things down

Doing all the prep in one session makes batching marinades feel fast, smooth, and stress-free. It’s the secret sauce to building a freezer stash without burnout.

💡 Bonus Tip: Use a bag holder, wide-mouth mason jar or a glass measuring cup to hold your bag open while you fill it—no spills!

This prep day saves me so much time during the week, especially when dinner needs to happen fast.
