- 1¾ cup water
- ⅛ tsp salt omit if you are on a salt restriction
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Bring water and salt to boil.
Turn the stove down to medium and stir in oats. Cook for 5 minutes.
turn the heat off then stir in the rest of the ingredients. separate into bowls, Serve immediately.
