1cupCheddar Cheese
1 cupMozzarella Cheese
2/3cupSour Cream
8ozCream Cheese
2/3cupBuffalo Sauce
1TbspGarlic Powder
2Diced Green Onions
Instructions
Boil chicken breast until completely cooked through and shred it. You can shred with two forks, food processor or stand mixer with the flat beater attachment.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce and garlic powder together with a whisk. Mix until you have a creamy consistency with no lumps. *you can also do this in a mixer*
To the buffalo mixture, mix in 2 cups of shredded chicken, ½ cup mozzarella, ½ cup cheddar.
Fold in green onions saving just a little bit to sprinkle on the top for garnish.
Add mixture to a shallow dish. Spread the remaining cup of cheese evenly on top.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the top is bubbling and brown to your liking
Garnish with remaining green onions and serve with tortilla chips

Tip: The deeper the dish, the longer it will need to cook in the oven.
